We came in contact with The PURTEE Team last fall when we were looking for a rental in the area to decide if we wanted to make a purchase.  Garges found us a rental at the Redington Shores Yacht & Tennis Club for the month of December. Prior to our visit, she e-mailed back and forth about the market conditions and was very informative about the timing of a purchase. Once we got settled in at our waterfront condo, Mark was available to show us the marketplace and where some of the great opportunities were. We actually did find our "Paradise" gulf front home (and actually named it that!). Then Garges stepped back in and helped us finish out the furnishing and decor.
